Presentation Rules


YOU CAN USE THE PRESENTATION TEMPLATES ON THE PAGE WHEN PREPARING YOUR PRESENTATIONS.

ORAL & VIDEO PRESENTATION

The presentation time is 7 minutes with an additional 3 minutes allocated for discussion.

Important notes for presenters:
  • Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint format.
  • The presentation must be delivered to the presentation control room at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Personal laptops cannot be connected.
  • During your presentation, you will be able to view audience notes on the computer in the hall.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Important notes for presenters
  • Posters should be printed in dimensions of 70 cm width x 90 cm height and must be legible from at least 1 meter away.
  • Posters must be hung in the designated area corresponding to your presentation number by 08:00 AM on the assigned date and must be removed as of 18:30 on the same day.
